Specific Features and Adaptations

Our Accessible Accommodation models have been carefully designed to provide easy access for wheelchairs, walkers, and other aids. Every element has been carefully considered to create a truly welcoming and functional home environment.

Customised Doors

Entry Door: Measuring 2240W X 2050T, the sliding door provides a generous width for easy access.
Bedroom Door: A 975mm wide hinged door ensures smooth and easy access to the bedroom.
Bathroom Access Door: 1010mm clearance with a sliding door, making it convenient to navigate through.
Bedroom Glass Door: A 920mm wide hinged door provides an additional access point to the living space.
Interior Adjustments: Internal doors, storage and access points have been positioned to enhance mobility support and ease of use throughout the home

Bedroom Size: A generous 4120 x 3125mm space, providing ample room for movement.
Bathroom Size: The accessible bathroom is 2045 x 3230mm and is designed to meet mobility assist requirements.
Kitchen: The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with pull out style pantry, 900mm preparation area near cooktop, a pull out style dishwasher and a right hinged oven.

Lowered Fixtures for Ease of Use

Lowered Kitchen Benchtops: The benchtops are set at 803mm from floor level, providing a comfortable working height for wheelchair users.
Lowered Vanity: Bathroom vanity has been installed at 815mm height to support independent living and mobility comfort.

Designed for Accessible Living

Our Accessible Accommodation models are designed to align with Australian standards for access and mobility (AS 1428.1-2009).
Optional features such as handrails, ramps, and accessible fittings can be incorporated to suit individual mobility support needs, helping to create a comfortable and functional living environment.
