The VanHomes team recently left from our Berkeley Vale factory on the NSW Central Coast for a road trip. 

With 5 newly-constructed Studio Suites in tow, we set out on a 5-hour, 400km trip to the NSW South Coast through the picturesque scenery of rolling green hills. While we were tempted to stop by a winery or taste some ocean-fresh oysters straight from the shell on the way down, our team had a job to do.

Nothing motivates our team more than seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces, so we made a beeline for the Batemans Bay Marina Resort.

Road-registerable, relocatable granny flats & cabins

After our team manufactured all five Studio Suite VanHomes to expert precision in our Berkeley Vale factory, we were ready to hit the road and deliver to our excited customer. Our welding team uses the finest quality steel to construct the chassis/base of the home, and all of our VanHomes are fitted with electric brakes, driving lights, axles, and wheels for transport.

So when we have completed the build for your granny flat, it’s road-ready and waiting for us to tow it to your location.

Professional Installation

Once we arrived at Batemans Bay, it was time for our experienced installation team to complete the final stage. Our team has performed some challenging installations over the years, including lifting VanHomes over obstacles with cranes.

For these Studio Suite models, it’s a more straightforward process; for our larger single-expanding or double-expanding models, you can see how an installation proceeds.

Our VanHomes range from 17-60m²; for comparison, the average Sydney apartment is only 42m².

Our team have earned themselves a relaxing return trip. All the Marina staff need to do now is have their plumbing and electricity hooked up, place the furniture and their guests will enjoy the comfort and style of these brand-new holiday cabins in no time.
