We value exceptional craftsmanship, however; we ensure that in the face of any faults, we will cover these under your warranty.
Your VanHome is covered under a full 5-year Manufacturer Warranty on anything deemed faulty workmanship, as well as 10 years on the chassis and the framework.
All of the third party warranties also rollover, from the suppliers and the manufacturers. For example, this would include your VanHome’s hot-water system.
Sometimes, accidents happen during transport. However, your VanHome will be covered by our insurance while being transported to you. It's for this reason why VanHomes doesn't recommend towing or hauling your VanHome yourself. If an accident were to occur, your VanHome would no longer be covered.
With VanHomes' transport insurance, you can rest easy knowing that VanHomes offers a hassle-free delivery to your site, allowing you to relax at home and think about how you can turn your new VanHome into your home.
VanHomes offer:
Whilst you are entitled to insure with whomever you choose, we recommend insuring through NRMA as an on-site, unregistered caravan.
We do not recommend attempting to tow due to how this may impact your warranty. As your VanHomes are insured and warrantied under us (as a motor dealer), during transport if anything were to happen, this would be covered. However; if you were to tow your own VanHome and be faced with an accident, you will not be covered under warranty. If you have any questions surrounding this, please get in contact with our team.
Your VanHome can be insured the same as an onsite registrable caravan, with companies such as NRMA. We ensure these are insured as part of the building process. We would recommend getting in touch with your insurance company to discuss their coverage options.
